These terms apply when you visit ative.co or participate in the Ative® pre-launch study.
Pre-launch website
This site introduces a developing apparel brand and gathers voluntary feedback. Product descriptions, materials, imagery, timing and availability are exploratory and may change. Nothing on this pre-launch site is an offer to sell or a guarantee that a product will be released.
Using the site
You may browse the site and submit genuine feedback for personal, lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems to abuse the form or service.
Your submissions
You are responsible for information you submit and should provide only information you are entitled to share. Feedback and apparel preferences may be used in aggregated or non-identifying form to guide product and website decisions. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Brand and content
Ative® is a registered trademark in India. The Ative® name, logos, design, photographs, copy and other site content are owned by or licensed to Ative and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, adapt, distribute or use them commercially without prior written permission.
Third-party services
The site uses third-party services, including Tally, Cloudflare and Adobe Fonts. Their availability and handling of information are subject to their respective terms and policies. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided on an “as available” basis during the pre-launch period. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Ative is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, this informational site. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update the site and these terms as the project develops. The current terms and effective date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Questions may be sent to ativeapparel@gmail.com.
