Who we are

Information we collect

When you complete our pre-launch form, we collect your name and email address. If you choose to continue, you may also provide apparel preferences such as size, fit, colours, materials, collar choices, product priorities and purchase intent.

We also receive limited, aggregated information about visits to the site through Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate geography, device type and referring source. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed without cookies or individual visitor tracking.

How we use it

• To understand interest in Ative and shape the first collection.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To send launch or product updates only when you have chosen to receive them.
• To maintain, secure and improve the website.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Your choice and consent

Submitting the form is voluntary. Optional preference questions may be skipped. Where you opt in to updates, you may withdraw that choice at any time by using an unsubscribe option or emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before your request.

Service providers

We use Tally to collect and store form responses, Cloudflare to host, secure and measure the website, and Adobe Fonts to deliver typography. These providers may process technical or submitted information on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms, including from locations outside India.

How long we keep information

We keep form responses only while they are useful for the pre-launch research, communication you requested, or a legitimate legal or security need. We periodically review this information and delete or anonymise it when it is no longer required. You may request earlier deletion.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a grievance about how it is handled. Email ativeapparel@gmail.com from the address used in the form so we can verify and respond to the request.

Children

The site and pre-launch study are not intended for children under 18. Please do not submit personal information if you are under 18 without the involvement of a parent or lawful guardian.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the site, providers or applicable law change. The current version and effective date will remain available here.
